Coffee lovers can describe their perfect cup with the same passion car enthusiasts talk about their dream cars.  According to the Specialty Coffee Association of America, there are in fact 172 words that can be used to describe coffee.  Tastes can be soft or tangy while aromas can be floral or ashy but what links them all together is an almost universal love for this hot drink.  It can help us wake up, give us energy or warm us when we feel cold.
