Sales Terms and Conditions:

 

ORDER ACCURACY – It is the client’s responsibility to verify all product specifications to the requirements and openings in your home and product site. Specifications are for planning purposes only and subject to change by manufacturer without notice. Clients must also confirm all hinge swings when applicable. Creative 

Appliance will not be responsible for products that do not fit or that cannot be installed due to site limitations.

 

RETURNS – All sales are considered final unless specified in writing. If a return request is accepted, there is a minimum restocking fee of 25% of the original purchase price, as well as, any delivery costs incurred. Creative Appliance Gallery reserves the right to decline returns. Special order items are not eligible for return, exchange or cancellation.

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED PRODUCTS – Purchaser must inspect every product at time of delivery. If product is defective or damaged at such time, the purchaser must have the delivery company take notes and pictures right away. The purchaser must then notify Creative Appliance right away. If appliances are being picked up, clients have 24 hours to notify us of any defects or damages. The appliance is to stay at the delivery address until Creative Appliance has scheduled a pick up.

 

DELIVERY DATE – The anticipated delivery date must be selected as soon as possible to ensure delivery availability. Once delivery date is selected, please notify ASAP to any changes. We cannot guarantee availability for either postponed date or earlier date.

 

DELIVERY – Creative Appliance Gallery subs out all deliveries. We are not responsible for any damage of property during a delivery. The delivery companies have their own insurance so if there are any issues, take it up with them directly. It is the client’s responsibility to have a clear and safe path for the delivery company to pull up the truck. In addition, there needs to be a safe path from the entry to the final destination. The delivery company reserves the right to refuse delivery if conditions are not safe or if no one is there for time of delivery. It is the responsibility for either the home owner (or someone they have given permission to) to be on site while delivery takes place. They must also fully inspect all appliances and sign off on them. See point #2 for further details.

WARRANTY – All new appliances are sold with a manufacturers warranty. We also offer extended warranty for an additional charge. We are unable to extended warranty after the manufacturer’s warranty has ended.

 

INSTALLATION – Installation is NOT included unless otherwise specified in writing. Installation rates are $89/hr per installer. Creative Appliance must be notified within 6 weeks of delivery if you would like to purchase installation. At time of installation, the job site must be ready, including all rough openings being verified.

 

DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENT – Deposits are non-refundable. Order MUST be paid in full prior to delivery or pick-up. If balance is not paid prior to scheduled delivery date, it will be postponed until payment is made, then, delivery will be rescheduled. Payments can be sent via e-transfer to payable@creativeappliance.ca; bank draft or cheque which can be dropped off or mailed to 14-51 Raddall Ave Dartmouth, NS B3B 1T6; credit card (Visa or MasterCard) if approved by Creative Appliance; Direct Deposit (see details below):
